On day 1 students must possess a valid form of ID, pilot certificate, current medical, and a copy of your FOI, FIA, and FII written test results.

Prior to Day 1, all students must hold a Commercial Single Engine with instrument rating. FOI, FIA, FII written tests must be completed prior to Day 1 as well. If you do not possess a Spin Endorsement, this can be arranged for completion during the course for a $450 fee.

The course is designed to be a 25-day program not including travel to and from course location. Students should plan to arrive one day early for check-in at the hotel.

This would be discussed between student and instructor due to individual progress and needs of the student. We would be happy to accommodate any needs of the student should this arise. Prices for the additional flight time would be at market rate.

All books and materials are provided to the student at Day 1 arrival. This includes: Pilot Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge, Instrument Flying Handbook, Airplane Flying Handbook, CFI Oral Exam Guide, CFI ACS, CFII PTS, Current FARAIM, CFI Binder, pens, highlighters, notepad, lesson plan templates, model airplane, miniature whiteboard, and book bag. We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet device with you to the course.

Atlanta: We are located at Gwinnett County Airport in Lawrenceville, GA.
Memphis: We are located at Charles Baker Field in Millington, TN, approximately 25 minutes northeast of the Memphis International Airport.

It is not required to use our examiners. If you have a local examiner that you prefer to use, please inform us upon registration. We schedule our check rides prior to Day 1 to ensure availability, so prompt information would be greatly appreciated. If you choose to use your local examiner, you may opt to use the 4 hours allotted for examination for extra flight time, or you may also ask for this as a no hassle refund at market value.

We strive for the highest level of success for every student. While we don’t anticipate check ride failures, we understand these do happen. In the event of a check ride failure, we will discuss additional assistance to the student on an individual basis. Any additional flight time, testing fees, or hotel fees would be the responsibility of the student.

Yes. The FOI, FIA, and FII written tests must be completed prior to start of Day 1.

Our school maintains a variety of Cessna C-172 and the state-of-the-art Van’s RV-12iS aircraft with both glass and round dial cockpits.

The typical day for a student will consist of 5 hours of classroom training with multiple breaks and a low stress environment. Flight training will occur either in morning (prior to class start time) or afternoon sessions (following class dismissal) depending on aircraft availability. For non-classroom days and during personal time, students are surrounded by many stores and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment.

We offer accelerated 25-day CFI and 7-day CFII courses with multiple start dates each month. The full schedule is published on our booking page months in advance. We recommend checking the calendar and reserving your spot with a deposit as early as possible.

Yes, housing is included! Your CFI tuition covers a 25-night stay in one of our luxury apartment units or a 7-night stay for CFII-only students. This allows you to maximize your training time and collaborate with your peers.

Yes! An option to book the course without housing is available at a reduced price.

Our accelerated programs are structured for completion within the class duration. In the event of interruptions like weather or maintenance, our instructors pivot to specialized, instructor-focused development activities that set us apart from other schools.

The package covers your training and lodging, but it does not include food, transportation, or the Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE) checkride fee.
